Espresso is best for espresso machines and Moka pots. Expect coffees selected for balance, body, sweetness, and a satisfying cup with or without milk.

Filter is best for pour-over, drip machine, French press, AeroPress, and cold brew. Expect coffees selected for clarity, aroma, sweetness, and expressive flavor.
