Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business day to let you know your order is on the way! 

STORE PICKUP - Yonge & Eglinton

Orders can be picked up daily, on a prearranged basis, we will get in touch with you to arrange your pick up date and time. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

SAME DAY TORONTO DELIVERY - Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available within the GTA Area. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies.

ONTARIO SHIPPING

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5 flat rate shipping within Ontario. Free shipping for orders over $60.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8 flat rate shipping within Canada. Free shipping for orders over $80.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: the US

For simple flat rate shipping:We offer $15 flat rate shipping to the US for orders below $100. Free shipping for orders over $100. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Buhoo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
