This coffee undergoes a meticulous two-stage fermentation process (70 hours initial, followed by 50-60 hours in closed tanks) before being carefully decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane method. The result is a complex, flavor-rich decaf that proves exceptional coffee doesn't need caffeine to shine. This collaborative effort between 32 small producers showcases the best of Narino's terroir while supporting sustainable community development.
