Processing Details

This natural processed coffee undergoes a meticulous 28-day drying period on African beds, allowing the whole cherries to dry slowly and develop their complex flavor profile. This careful processing contributes to the coffee's elegant characteristics, beginning with delicate magnolia florals, transitioning to sweet apricot notes, and finishing with bright sweet orange complexity.
